The 1/4 "Compression Ball Valve is designed with a brass valve body and compression nut connection, which does not require welding for installation, reliable sealing, and easy operation. It is suitable for precise on-off control of small water, gas, and instrument pipelines.
1/4 "Compression Ball Valve is a small manually controlled valve designed specifically for connecting hard pipes such as copper, stainless steel, and PEX pipes. Its unique compression joint structure forms a seal on the outer wall of the pipeline through compression nuts and snap rings, making installation quick and detachable for repeated use.
1/4 "Compression Ball Valve Body Material:
- Stainless steel: used in high cleanliness, strong corrosion or high temperature environments, such as food processing, pharmaceuticals and laboratory equipment.
- Core material: stainless steel ball, with a smooth and wear-resistant surface, improving sealing and service life.
- Valve stem material: anti blowout stainless steel valve stem, corrosion-resistant, safe and reliable.
- PTFE: Main sealing ring, resistant to high and low temperatures (-20 ℃~+180 ℃), resistant to chemical corrosion, ensuring long-term zero leakage;
- EPDM/NBR rubber: used to compress the joint sealing ring and enhance the sealing effect with the pipeline.
- Tightening nut and retaining ring: Made of high-strength brass or stainless steel, ensuring a secure crimping and resistance to vibration loosening.
